Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping (United States):
We provide tracked standard delivery across the entire United States.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 business days.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipment Delays & Issues:
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
